The people who come into our lives have been drawn to us by the negative energy we have released into the universe; but can you manifest someone out of your life? Can you use it to remove a toxic person?
There are a lot of reasons why people are part of our lives. Sometimes they are there to teach us a valuable lesson or they could be there because we have focussed too much on the very things that we don’t want in someone. To manifest someone out of your life you have to change your current frequency and replace it with a new one.
Can You Use the Law of Attraction to Remove Someone From Your Life?
Yes, the Law of Attraction can be used to remove or replace someone but it requires a new way of thinking and some focussed internal work to re-programme the subconscious mind.
The first step to being liberated is to focus on acceptance. When you accept, you stop trying to change a person and allow them to be themselves. Their life choices may not match up with yours but that is their prerogative. The old saying “A leopard will never change his spots” is true and no one should have to change for someone else unless they truly want to. So lay all toxic thoughts to rest.
You should also resist the urge to blame anyone for your current predicament; it was you who brought this person into your life. When you create a bad reality, you become limited. These restrictive walls have to come down so say to yourself “Yes, I created this reality but I can also create a new one”. Stop focussing on the negative aspects of the situation and just accept it for what it is.
In fact, this is generally a good rule in general. Our mindset controls a lot of our lives and setting an intention for manifesting should start from the right place.
Don’t Send Out Mixed Signals
Allow peace to flow over you and rise upward within. When you are desperate for someone to leave, you actually pull them closer to you. In sheer frustration, you may use internal dialogue such as “I don’t want him in my life”. When you send out frequencies like this, the universe will only pick up the words “Want him in my life” because it only responds to positive vibrations and… Voila! You achieve the exact opposite of what you were trying to achieve.
The Manifestation Process
When you replace desperation with a self-composed state of mind you can resolve an issue peacefully. Think about what you do want in your life. Perhaps you see yourself living alone or maybe you see yourself in a new relationship. When you think along these lines you tell the universe that life is wonderful, happy, rewarding and fulfilling when this person is no longer in your life.
Now you are gently letting go and resolving a problem with the Law of Attraction. When you re-program the mind and resonate with a happy feeling, you are in a better position to see tangible results.

Sit quietly and take a few deep breaths. With each long, inward breath, feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a state of peace and tranquillity as you connect with your subconscious mind. In this space, you can embrace a new life without that certain someone in it.
Go to sleep dreaming about a new reality and you will find that toxic fall away. The universe will pick up on this amazing energy that vibrates throughout your mind, body and soul and start re-shaping a new world for you. When you accept and focus on a positive, calm resolution, you change your world.
How to Manifest Someone (or Something) out of Your Life
Find yourself a comfortable place to sit or lie down for a while. Loosen any tight clothing and turn off all forms of technology. Take in three long, slow deep breaths and let go of the world. This is your time to relax and be yourself without any distractions.
Feel every muscle in your body drop and relax, including the tiny muscles around your eyes. Feel any stored up tension draining away from the top of your head…down through your torso and out through the soles of your feet.
Now…pay attention to the following areas:
- Your forehead (which is also the front of your brain).
- The right side of your brain.
- The left side of your brain.
- The top of your brain.
- The brain stem (which sits at the top of the spinal cord).
- The back of your brain.
- The mid-brain (the small part that is closest to the brain stem).
When you enter the mid-brain you can actively switch on positive neurons. Now…I wonder if you can imagine the word ‘light’. This is the sound of purity, healing and cleansing. Hold onto the word ‘light’ and place it into the midbrain. Now, imagine that light filling the entire brain, empowering it with light.
Keep on repeating the word “light”. Listen to the sound and focus on its meaning. If other thoughts start drifting in, just watch them drift past like passing clouds and remain focussed on the word ‘light’.
This high-frequency sound will help to cleanse away all negative debris you have acquired from toxic people. Feel this negative energy being swept away, being erased from your brain.
Now slowly begin to come back to the room you are in, pay attention to the sounds and noises around you and wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready, open your eyes and take a few moments to say “Thank you” to the universe. As you repeat these words, feel yourself releasing waves of gratitude for the positive energy work that you have just carried out.
Concrete Actions Dissolve Negative Feelings
The more you practise this technique, the more you will cleanse away bad thoughts and create space for new ones. Manifestation exercises along with positive thinking will allow you to collapse time. Soon, you may have a new life without that certain someone in it.
